4Sight was established in 2003 and since then has provided training, consultancy and all round support to its clients on a wide range of human resource, employee relations and employment law issues.

We have a breadth of experience and expertise and have used this to deliver solutions and results on behalf of our clients, allowing them to tackle difficult issues proactively, achieving positive outcomes for their organisation.

We work with our clients on both a retained and ad hoc basis. Many of our clients have outsourced their human resource function to our team, whereas others work with 4Sight on specific projects on an on-going basis.
